Her more than 15 years of residence in Dubai have resulted in Jo being one of the most experienced international professional advisors in the UAE. Together with the vast number of industry participants and with corporate taxation in the UAE likely to be the most complicated of the corporate taxation sectors introduced by the Decree Law 47 2022 and following on Ministerial Statements and Cabinet Decisions, the @ierei.ae has Dr Peter Wilson to lead a 15 hour in-depth and practical course. This course will be the sector’s leading course on corporate taxation for the real estate sector. Those attending will be provided with a course booklet and materials. Attendance at the course will give participants an understanding of the different corporate taxation consequences for developers, brokers and investors for commercial and residential property. The consequences for Free Zone providers and users will also be considered, as will different entities, including companies, partnerships, foundations and contractual relationships. This course should be considered essential for those wanting to be compliant in a changing world.
